Pricing & Payments
- All prices shown on our website or given in quotes are in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms (like advance, installment, or full payment) will be shared during the order process.
- GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the final bill.
Delivery & Installation
- We aim to deliver and install the solar panels within the timeline promised during booking.
- Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or third parties will be communicated in advance.
- Installation will be done by our trained team. Please ensure access to your site on scheduled days.
Warranty & Maintenance
- Most of our solar products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (details shared during purchase).
- Installation warranty covers workmanship for a limited period.
- Regular maintenance is advised for best performance. We offer AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) on request.
Returns & Refunds
- Once installed, solar systems are non-returnable.
- In case of cancellation before installation, partial refunds (after deducting processing or inspection fees) may apply.
- For defective or damaged products, we follow manufacturer replacement policies.
Privacy & Data
- We respect your privacy. Your personal data is safe with us and is used only to provide services or improve your experience.
- We never share or sell your information to third parties without consent.
